• Check In time is 12.00 PM & Check Out time is 09.00 AM
• Houseboats are anchor (cruise stop) from 6 PM (Evening) till 7 AM (Morning) & parked in the lakeshore for night stay.
• Aircondition will be available from 9.00pm to 6.00am in deluxe houseboats.
• Children below 5 years of age are complimentary
• Special dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment.
• Deposit of 50% of total cost required upon booking confirmation.Pay balance amount while checking-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date : No retention charge.
• Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date : 15 % retention of the total package cost.
• Cancellation within 7 - 15 Days prior to the arrival date : 25 % retention of the total package cost.
• Cancellation within 3 - 7 Days prior to the arrival date : 50 % retention of the total package cost.
